adventures in berry-land #1

SEA WORLD ADVENTURES IN BERRY LAND

this is a new "series" - wow, i'm totally on my way to becoming a wanna be legit blogger! i wanted to try this new thing.. "adventures in berryland" - where i just highlight our family. i do lots of crafting posts, but i want to document some of our awesome trips too.

on March 30, 2013, we spent the day at sea world. right now, if you are a teacher/educator, you can sign up for 2013 for free! so b.berry and i did that and now with the low low price of $15, we can go for free! i was thankful that we didn't have to pay for l.berry, but next time we go, we might consider getting him a pass ($70) with the educator discount.

i REALLY wish i had my SX with me with we went, but we bought it the night before and i didn't want to pay $4 for shipping (if i didn't have to pay tax at amazon, i would've considered it, but living in CA, we have to pay tax now)

we spent most of the day in the bay of play - it's sea world's kiddie area. the BEST thing for kids is that it's sesame street friendly - all the characters come out and so it's RIDDLED with children all day. :)

 s. berry & l.berry - stealing a moment away from eating trader joes cheesy rockets and watching k.berry play

"i'm ready mommy! i love this place!" - k.berry at 14 months, bold & adventurous

"here you go mommy, a block!"

at one point, she had one in each hand - my greedy little k.berry :)

k.berry working hard (i love her facials here!)

"i got a block! do you see it?!" - triumphant & enjoying her spoils

little berries taking a break from all the block gathering

what is so fascinating, l.berry?!

i have NEVER seen so many kids under 4 sit so quietly. they were all entranced - even our little k.berry!

l.berry saying "peace out"

both kids took a quick power nap while we headed to the carlsbad outlets. right when we parked, they both woke up - ready to shop.
making the most out of 50 cents!

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this face! my lovely "big boy" - call him a baby and that's what he says "i'm not a baby i'm a big boy!"

thanks for coming along on our adventures... can't wait to post more... will DEF. do a post on legoland - we've been there the MOST.
