so the word is out - i'm officially a wanna be crafter/card maker/stamper. :) i recently came into this little GOLD mine for free! a friend of mine was cleaning out her old stash and GIFTED me these amazing goodies! i haven't had a chance to play, but with spring break coming up - you can be sure i'm going to be doing that!
there is an INCREDIBLE stack of cardstock, some stickers (who doesn't love stickers) and stamp tools. she even bought a make-your-own-stamp set! the ziploc baggie has my FAVORITE thing of all time: an embosser...
NOW, i don't think i've EVER embossed.. especially a HEAT embosser, so any tips would be LOVELY. recommended inks? recommended powders?

ReplyDeleteIt's a FABULOUS tool. After you stamp your ink and then toss a small layer of embossing powder on the fresh ink, tap off the excess and then take your Embossing Gun and wave it slowly back and forth till the powder melts into the hardened gel surface. it's SO quick and easy and makes any project look even MORE classier.
