the giving project - card 12 [22]

so i came up with a solution to catch up to my 10 day lag... i'll be posting double time... and then eventually catch the numbers up. but for now, here's the giving project, card 12, but i should really be on 22.

THE GIVING PROJECT - CARD 12 [22]

this birthday card goes to a dear sister/friend of mine. she is a full time head hunter (she works in the corporate world and hires people for large companies) and is a wife and a mother. not necessarily in that order. she is a great friend... one whose friendship i value so much - but i don't get to see her often even though we go to the same church. 

she has a son who is a lovely young boy. sometimes, he challenges her beyond what she thinks she is able to handle... but when you see this young child, there is no doubt that it's because of her prayers, love and dedication to him that he is amazing. 

finally, she is one of the few friends in my life that i can honestly say we have had disagreeing views in how we do things and have, on more than one occasion, had to sit down and "clear the air" but we are better friends for it. happy (early) birthday, sweet sister!
