This was not an easy project... buuut i'm really glad i did it, even though i fell short - isn't that always the case? (NOTE: it was INCREDIBLY difficult for me to leave that number as 43, when i easily could have made 4 more cards to round it out to meet the goal. type a personality never goes away, it seems. interestingly, i had 4 more cards IN MIND, buuut, for my 1 subscriber and my few readers, you are keeping me honest... ;))
you have the BEST of intentions and as i did the project - i thought of things that i could do differently... go figure.
Here's what i plan to do for next year -
- put the total number of cards in the braces - that way i don't have to worry about the numbers changing
- birthdays cannot be included (i used birthdays this year, but i'd like not to use them - it shouldn't be part of this)
- two part cards (like a gift card holder) should be counted as one
- use the abbreviated title (tgp) - typing that out becomes incredibly monotonous!
- put the items used after every picture instead of all together at the end... i was totally inconsistent with that!
for a lovely young lady in her FINAL year in law school! she has a birthday this weekend and i wanted her to know that we here in CA, are thinking of her...
