in my house, the little berries are in bed by 6:30. one would think that b/c they sleep so early, the grown ups would have time to chat and do our own thing. after dish washing, packing lunches and working, we rarely get those opportunities.
so tonight, it happened. we got to eat and have a grown up conversation! :) here's the dinner below, provided by trader joes. thank GOD for trader joes.
ingredients: roasted baby broccoli + mushrooms, mashed potatoes, & salmon stuffed with spinach w/ feta
